This package includes 32 hours of one-on-one sessions a month (two 60 minute sessions or four 30 minute sessions a week), plus three 15 minute text/phone check-ins a week. |
Payment Policies
Payment Terms:
Clients who opt to pay the total cost upfront for packages will receive a 3% discount.
Monthly Payment Schedule:
For clients choosing month-to-month payment plans, invoices must be settled 48 hours prior to the first session of each month. Failure to make timely payments may result in appointment rescheduling or cancellation.
Session-to-Session Billing:
Clients opting for sessions billed individually, without a package deal, will be invoiced after each appointment.
Appointment Rescheduling Policy:
Clients are required to reschedule appointments at least 18 hours in advance to avoid penalties. If a client reschedules or cancels between 4 and 18 hours before the scheduled session, they will incur a charge equivalent to 15% of the session's cost. Rescheduling or canceling with less than 4 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the session's cost.
Early Package Termination:
If a client wishes to terminate their package before its completion, the remaining balance will be charged according to the following breakdown:
If a client who chose to pay upfront decides to terminate their package before it's finished, their refund will follow the same percentage breakdown as the termination fee. However, the 3% discount applied for upfront payment won't be included in the refunded balance. Additionally, the 3% upfront discount will be voided for used sessions, and this amount will be deducted from the refunded total.
